Founded in 2009, Annecto Med LLC is the successor company to the healthcare software division of Data Industries, Ltd., an IT solutions and professional services firm supporting hospital systems, global cororations, school districts, and government since 1980.  Leveraging 30 years of experience, and an exclusive licensing agreement with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Annecto Med proudly introduces Referral Stream™ to the U.S. hospital systems market.

Headquartered on Wall Street, in New York City, Annecto Med is dedicated exclusively to supporting Referral Stream™.  The Referral Stream™ patient management system is used by the public hospital system of the City of New York, one of the largest public hospital networks in the country, at its bluechip acute care and specialty hospital facilities:  Bellevue Hospital, Kings County Hospital, Jacobi Medical Center, Elmhurst Hospital, Queens Hospital, and other hospitals and diagnostic and treatment centers serving many of the City's nearly 8 million residents.

Annecto Med's mission is to ensure that Referral Stream™ continues to earn its reputation as the premier patient referral management system and supports hospitals in building their referral bases, increasing capacity while containing costs, and improving patient care through better referral management and patient navigation.  Annecto Med is a limited liability corporation.  Its owners and directors each bring more than 25 years of experience in the IT systems industries and have worked extensively with hospital systems, insurance clients, financial services, and government.

Through its partnership with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Annecto Med's software currently automates the intake, review, and fulfllment processes of more than 150,000 ambulatory patient referrals annually, connecting healthcare providers with acute care and consultative services establishments including hospitals, diagnostic and treatment centers, and specialty care centers such as cardiology and imaging centers.
